目前在CAS.注册的化学品种类达9000 多万种，并以每天1 万种增长，化学品的使用已经影响到生活中的方方面面，而由于化学品造成的安全事故、环境污染和健康损害的事故频频发生，尤其是随着《危险化学品安全管理条例》的颁布实施，化学品管理日益受到重视。本课程旨在帮助学员了解化学品的特性，掌握采购、运输、贮存、现场使用、废弃等个环节的安全、健康和环境关注事项，帮助学员建立化学品管理制度及化学品事故应急处置机制，确保法律合规及避免环境安全事故和人员伤害。

The chemical species currently registered in CAS are more than 90 million, and with 10000 kinds of growth per day. The use of chemicals has affected every aspect of life, which frequently caused chemical accidents, environmental pollution and health damage accidents, especially with the promulgation and the implementation of Regulations on the Safety Administration of Dangerous Chemicals, chemicals management has received more and more attention. The purpose of this course is to help students to understand the characteristics of chemical, grasp the procurement, transportation, storage, field use, waste and other aspects of safety, health and environmental concerns, help students to establish chemical management system and the chemical accident emergency management mechanism, ensure legal compliance and prevent environmental accidents and injuries.
